Black: All Legionnaires and other personnel evacuate the building immediately.

"If it's red, meet with the head."
"If it's blue, then boo hoo hoo."
"If it's yellow, we lost a fellow."
"If it's black, then slip out the back."
"If it's gray, someone's here to play."
"If it's white, seal it up tight."
"If it's brown, rain's coming down."
Numbers
One: Extreme importance.
red - all Legionnaires drop what they are doing and convene immediately
blue - "code blue", cardiac or respiratory arrest
gray - intruders are armed and dangerous
brown - hurricane, tornado, or other extreme weather event imminent
Two: Less important than One.
red - all Legionnaires meet with the Leader as soon as convenient
blue - injury is serious but not life-threatening
black - leave building within the next fifteen minutes
gray - intruder MAY be armed or dangerous
Three: Minor but noteworthy importance.
gray - intruder suspected but neither armed nor dangerous (Gray Three is a fan making his/her way past Tower security.)
Priorities
Red is the general priority code. It supercedes all the other codes. For example, if the Legion Leader is attending to a severely injured Legionnaire, he/she might call a Code Red One rather than a Code Blue One.
Likewise, One is the priority code. Even a White One supercedes a Blue Two or a Red Two.
