Comments

  1. Two comments.

    (1.) isn't Quinn 5'4 - a couple of inches taller than Daria?

(2.) Is there a equivalent ability to the MSH power 'Electrical Control', which allows the user to create shapes, objects and shields based on the control of electron streams and the alteration of the conductivity of materials? We saw that Quinn has the ability to create simple cages that can entrap persons/objects, and shields which can act as true force-fields. (The latter is especially relevant in the upcoming LLH 14.5, when we see Quinn put up an electrical shield that saves the lives of many people from a flame attack.)

    1. I believe that power would be represented by a form of "Force Manipulation" using electricity.

    2. CM is probably right on that, I'm sure there's some sort of Energy Manipulation power.

As for the heights of characters, I'm going by a PPMB post put together way back in 2015 (?) and you have to look pretty hard for it to begin with. I sort of agree with the heights there and that's where I'm getting my heights from. I assumed that a) female heights were heights at age 16, a good assumption, and b) most females have hit 99+ percent of their height at age 16, so no further growth as adults. As for the guys when I get to them, I'll add two inches to all heights except for Trent's.

I will have to decide a height for Karen, since hers isn't listed in that old PPMB post.

  2. There's a power listed in "Blood of Heroes" roleplaying game rule book which I think can also apply to Quinn, which I'll list here:

    Electric Being

    Link: STR Physical Power
    Range: Self Type: Auto
Base Cost: 10 Factor Cost: 6

This Power allows a character to create and cover himself with a sheet of electricity while sustaining no damage. This electrical covering will crackle along the surface for as long as the Character with Electric Being desires (through the expenditure of an Automatic Action each successive Phase) or until he falls unconscious.

Any electricity-based attack against a Character with an active Electric Being Power is made with the Character's APs of the Power added to his RV. Conversely, the Characters RV receives a -2 Column Shift penalty against conductive attacks such as Water Control, rubber or grounded metal cables.

Anyone touched by (or touching) a Character with an activated Electrical Being Power (including contact made in hand-to-hand combat) incurs a Physical Attack with AV/EVs equal to APs of Electric Being; this special attack form does not count as an Action for the Electrical Being Character. The APs of Electrical Being may also be substituted for a Character's STR as the EV of any hand-to-hand attacks.
