(*)  Karen has 4 APs of Wealth when living as a Legionnaire – he accepts the stipend and does not draw from any money outside of it.  She has money which would allow her 7 APs of wealth but does not always have access to it due to legal struggles.  Before any adventure, roll 2d10 and if the value is four or less, Karen (temporarily) has access to the higher wealth level for that adventure.  (Reroll once per week for long adventures.)

Bonuses and Limitations

Cell Rot cannot affect living flesh.
Cell Rot also attacks metal objects (as Rust) with an AV/EV of 6.
Cell Rot has a range of 1 AP (40 feet).
Digestive System energy blast attacks the opponent through controlling the chemical actions of the gastric system.  This requires the opponent to have a gastric system.
Fog:  the fog created is a chemical “fog” which is invisible to the naked eye, yet has the same protections as Fog. Karen calls this ability “chem-o-flage”.
Jumping only traverses vertical distances and not horizontal ones.
Neutralize is used against Firearms (or rather, the bullets in Firearms).  The EV of the Firearm in question is also the RV.  When the EV of the Firearm is reduced to 0, the weapon no longer fires and the bullets require replacement.  Karen suffers a -2 column shift against rifles and a -4 column shift against automatic weapons, as well as taking penalties if attacking multiple opponents.
Neutralize also works against gasoline and batteries, and other combustible items or substances.  She can cause these substances to explode as well.  When Karen attempts to determine the effects of an explosion (in terms or range, or EV, or other aspects), she has an acting INT 12.

Overclock:  For one round of combat (0 APs), Karen may boost her attributes and gain one extra power

  1. You forgot about her friend Quasar, who's also a high-level connection and can get her high-tech gear (this should be at moderate power levels and availability). Her motorcycle could be jazzed up a little more in terms of toughness and speed (with a Quasar-built gadget that blocks people from taking it over with tech or powers.

    One more thing (and I can't believe that ALL of us forgot this) - Ms. Li is a high-level contact for the Legionnaires (even though they may not want it)! :-) Li will do anything that the Legionnaires want - of course, there will be (at the very least) public acknowledgement that she helped them...


    The drawback alone makes me say 'Run like hell with this!' THAT will be fun to work with. I mean, a lot of fun. I can definitely work with that...

  3. I think you got her height in meters wrong. 1.5 meters is only five feet, not five feet eleven inches, which would be 1.775 meters.

    Also, her weight in kilograms is off a bit—it should be about 63.5 kilograms.

  5. One more little thing—her powers would allow her to counter any chemical, poison or drug (save "Flush") that hits her body by reflex which would give her the Systemic Antidote power as well.
